Manatee Rehabilitation Partnership success stories for 2008:

In order to be considered a successfully rehabilitated animal for the MRP program, manatees must be tracked for one year after release and meet certain criteria regarding their health and behavior. If they meet these goals, the tracking gear is removed and the animal is deemed a "success".  The MRP is celebrating the following success stories for 2008.
