SPIKE

Spike has been in captivity since the summer of 1991 when he was rescued as an orphan in Goodno, near the Ortona Lock.  Spike was small and alone so was brought to SeaWorld Orlando for treatment.  He was transferred to SeaWorld San Diego in spring of 1998. He called San Diego home until he was brought back to Florida to await release last winter.  He was released with Lowry into Warm Mineral Springs on Feb. 18^th, 2002.
